Our company was established in 1993 as a civil partnership called Formtechnik.

In 2002, we started collaborating with a German company - Bänninger Kunststoff-Produkte GmbH, which resulted in the establishment of a company called Bänninger-Formtechnik.

Our company has many years' experience in the scope of production of injection moulding forms, blanking tools and press tools.

We also produce special equipment on the basis of the Client's production documentation or on the basis of our own projects.

We keep investing in the development of our company by expanding its technological base and broadening the scope of our services.

In the area of distributing standardized elements for injection moulding forms and press tools, we offer high-quality products of the French company MDL and German company Drei-S-Werk.
